BAD ARP CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

I called on MONDAY to order just a nut, washer and some ultra moly lube and i have been waiting for about 3 days to get the product so far. I open my bank account to see if they charged me as i had not seen a charge for 3 days usually when you order something it is charged right away or within a day.

I was told that the nut was about $2 washer was about $.70 and the lube was about 8 bucks( high i know i just went on ahead and ordered it through them because i needed that nut to go with the rest of the set) Any who i looked at my account and i see i $23.01 charge on my card account and i am like WTF....

I call them up and long story short the extra money was for shipping!!!!! ARE YOU TELLING ME THAT SHIPPING IS ABOUT 12 bucks for a package that weighs less than 1lb and also to top that off they are JUST about to send the product today after i ordered it on Monday!!! I have an engine i have to build and can't now because i have to wait til Monday or Tuesday before my stuff gets here!! I could have picked the lube up locally if i didn't need the nut and washer!!!

It's not worth their time to pull, and package and ship $10 worth of shit, you pay higher "shipping" to make it worth their time..

I ordered a $3 gasket from ATP and paid $28 to ship it 2 day air.. It sucks, but if you want it, you pay for it..

when i ship shit to people that buy my stuff, i'm super slow.
i'm not even that sorry.
sometimes i lie to them.
