*Fully Ported Intake Manifold COMPLETE!*

First off i want to thank Ron (whoosh) for his work on this piece, he did a hell of a job. I helped Fez install his ported intake mani that also came from Ron and after seeing the work done to his i was not going any other direction. Fez thanks for the spare mani! Pics can do the talking wink.gif (pics will be up in few, im at work and can't do it atm)







EGR was also shaved completely, vtcs GONE, and now off to the Pcoater! Thanks!

did install on buddy's couple months ago and it wasn't too bad.. he did most of it but ya.. couple hours at best. Mine is at the Pcoater so i don't have it to install yet

it will be Dark Gunmetal Gray w/ slight metallic flake ^on that page.
Don't know how it will go with my blue valve cover but might be alrite... it's a dark color so shouldn't be too bad

question..couldn't you guys have plugged the vtcs hole in the runners with some jb weld(if u are brave) or plugs shaved off?

if you look closely, the vcts rod holes between the runners are sealed with epoxy and blended

the hole between the large and small port for the same cylinder doesn't need to be sealed

hadn't noticed that (shitbag computer screens at work), so for my own curiosity why wouldn't you seal the holes sharing same cylinder runners? some slight turbulence has to be there no?? (for all I know you flow tested them sealed and unsealed and saw no difference in flow, still had to ask)
