(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  MS6 torque spec - PTO to Transmission I have been looking for the torque spec everywhere and can only seem to find the torque spec for the actual bell housing bolts to the motor, not the transfer case to the transmission. I did find on one post something like ~120ft/lbs and that seems extreme when the bell housing bolts are only around 38. Maybe its correct, but just rebuilt my transfer case seals/caps and hoping for some help on this. I definitely don't want to screw that up. For further clarification, I'm talking about the 17mm bolts (5) that hold the transfer case to the transmission. Thank you in advance. |
