(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  What else to do while doing the chain? So turns out the guy that replaced the timing and VVT actuator had it slightly mistimed (got the tools to check timing and used this guide http://foxed.ca/rx7manual/manuals/NC...0Procedure.pdf). Both my crank and cam seem out, Crank the M6 bolt isn't going in at all and the cam slots can't be lined up. So I am going to tackle the job and was thinking of changing the water pump, friction washers, crank bolt and maybe the chain guides. Was wanting to know what else I should change while I'm at it,like the chain tensioner, chain adjuster, oil pump chain? Do these things usually go faulty? Car has around 195,000 kms for reference
