Makes putting a cat in for emissions an easier task... I wish the one for the MS6 was 2 piece.

I completely agree with you, I do truly go through every page and read these. Almost everything knowledge wise is posted already and I don't need to waste peoples time with my thoughts. doing it by one word comments will get your count restarted and maybe an infraction.

Installed an M2 DP in my ms6 today. Had fitment issues with DP contacting the drive shaft. After much trial and error I was only able to resolve the issue with a hammer to dent the pipe around the drive shift, although this was only a partial fix. The rest of the fix involved two hose clamps on the passenger side exhaust hangers to pull the system away from the shaft. Not pretty, but it got the job done. Maybe I got a bad one, but who knows. You get what you pay for.

Also, I'm glad I picked up a better vband clamp. Not because the one that came with the DP was bad, but because they didn't include one with mine!!

Same thing happened to me. I said fuck this ebay shit and got a cp-e downpipe. Totally worth the increased price, the cp-e fits like a glove.

I'll probably leave it for the time being. If it ever stops serving it's purpose I'll definitely replace it with a higher quality one.

ive had the ebay dp and test pipe for about two years, the gasket blew out once. my plan is to replace with a one-piece unit like cpe if I could find one around 300 used.
exhaust fumes in the vents is not fun.

Did you end up getting this? I was hoping to get a short one for my genone but all the shorties have short 02 bungs. Looks like it would work great on genpoo but not so great on genone. I really don't feel like cutting off anything and paying someone to weld it back, if I go with the long m2.

This will be a major PITA on my 07 with 80k and winters lol....

I sold it to a local, bought a Cobb from here, but I would buy another ebay on a heartbeat, can't beat the price and good quality, I believe I saw a htp and a cobb on the for sale too

I got it a little bit ago, the only reason I didn't get a CS downpipe is because of BT. I've seen some people with BNR3s run them though. Maybe they just didn't update their modlist though.
