Camber problems with COBB/H&R springs?

Cobb is supposedly within specs, but as with any suspension modification an alignment is a good idea.

Cobb does not require camber plates.... it's not a bad idea, but not necessary.

True but there is threshold on how well an alignment can help without a camber kit. Just don't want to get springs and have a big hassle with camber/alignment jobs. Hate going to places and them not doing an alignment with a camber kit because its aftermarket. Or just people that are complete idiots and don't try doing anything because they're lazing fuck tards.

I will answer you as completely as I can:

You won't NEED camber links with either in order for a shop to get your toe settings in check (which is about all they can do anyway, since camber isn't independently adjustable on either the front OR the rear UNLESS you have an aftermarket camber solution). There is a little bit of wiggle room for camber/caster adjustment on the front (you basically have to muscle the top of the strut mount into position and then tighten the bolts) but there's probably only +/- ~0.2 degrees adjustment there at the very best. Of course, the more you lower the car, the more negative your camber will be (especially in the rear, as the camber curve is substantially more agressive in the rear than in the front).

I, on the other hand, wouldn't lower this car AT ALL without at least putting in rear camber links to dial out some of the added negative camber. This car already has too much negative rear camber for my tastes, relative to the front...
