Creaking/popping noise from rear, when accelerating. PLZ HELP!!!

Just as I thought I fixed all my suspension I am now getting a creaking/ popping noise when accelerating from a stop or slower roll. I just finished installing both rear SURE mounts, bilstien b8's, h&r springs, whiteline rear sway bar, racing beat endlinks and a passenger side differential/ axle seal. I'm not sure what it is, but this car is really starting to annoying me. I feel like when I fix one think another thing breaks.

No I could take one later today. It also seems to grow louder the longer I drive it, almost like it gets worse with heat.

Have you checked your PTO fluid level?

Just replaced it with amsoil when I did the rear end work about 1-2 weeks ago.

What setting is your sway set to? I had a similar noise which ended up being the rear part of the sway bar hitting the spring bucket. Solution for me was to move the setting to the softer one (rear most hole) and raise the rear spring height adjuster a couple more threads. Not sure if you have the H&R coilovers set up or not. If not moving the sway bar setting might be all that's required. I have the Whiteline Rear Sway and Racing Beat Endlinks as well

I have the whiteline on the stiffest setting with h&r springs, but I read about this so I cut the softer setting off.

Interesting, well, just to make sure it's still not hitting you might consider painting the cut off end and drive it for a day, see if the paint gets scraped off. I noticed that with mine at the stiffest setting the end links were at a very acute angle and might have been binding as well. Moving to the softer setting at least after a few "on ramp laps" seems to leave them a more normal/natural angle.

I was wondering, maybe it is not the sway bar maybe it is bushings? It sounds like the noise is coming from the back right and I look at the bushings and they looked like they have seen better days.

Think I found the problem,looked under the car and the rear lateral links bushings look torn to shit. Ordered replacement ones off Rock Auto.

I'll update when I get them installed and get an alignment done.

Have you checked the rear trailing arm bushings? That's what it was for me with my MS3

Yeah they didn't look bad to me, but the metal around the bushings did look slightly bent/ rusty. But the bushings didn't have any tears or anything.

Do you have to get an alignment after doing the trailing arm?

Yes, it was the trailing arm bushings, replaced it and no more noise.
