(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  MS6 Eibach Springs I'm only looking for 1-1.5" lower at the most anyway, I'd love to do some kind of coilover but just not in the cards. Probably would run Bilstien B8's with these if anything.

| Not Ranked : 0 score I did not like the Eibachs that were in my car. They sagged in the rear and I think were the source for some issues I had with my rear CV shafts. hwy vibration, digging deep. Big read if you want to help... Its as tho the CVs were bottoming out in the cup and the rear diff would do a wierd wobble when the CVs would bind up under acceleration, ending in a snapping or clicking sound with each wheel rotation. The carnage is in the pics. It was worse with more weight in the back seat/trunk. I still have the Eibachs in the front, but have installed OEM in the rear giving my car a silly hotrod rake, but I plan on cutting 1 round out of the rears as per this... HOW-TO: Cut OEM Springs I actually feel the car handles better on off ramps with the OEM springs in the rear. I am able to induce a slight oversteer on long sweepers when boost builds and maintain until adhesion returns with constant throttle application. Comfortably and predictably. I had considered trying spring rubber to play with the rate under load, but the Eibach springs are smaller diameter than the rubbers I have on hand...And hindered by laziness on the matter.
