(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Anyone consider blacking out their badges with plasti dip? Ive been doing some research and I'm considering trying it out. Im concerned with the front badge because its so large compared to the rest. Any thoughts? |

| Not Ranked : 0 score I used the spray kind on the handle-pole spring for my stand up jet ski. If you want a glossy finish, I wouldn't recommend using it as it has an almost satin/semi-gloss texture. Also, I'm not sure where you are located, but I have a feeling it wouldn't stand up well to ice buildup, but it does hold up to water just fine.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Personally I wouldn't do it. Its going to make the emblems a bit thicker and give a rubber look which I have a feeling would look cheap. Just take your time and scuff them well and rattle can them with a few coats.

| Not Ranked : 0 score I would strip the chrome off completely (takes a week or two). I brought mine free of chrome to a body shop and got them all painted to match. Got it done cheap and didnt have to worry about every couple months touching up cheap paint chips.

| Not Ranked : 0 score I used it to black out my chrome kidney grills on the bmw. If the emblem comes off (I dunno - I'm a mazda noob), then it'll be really easy. If not, you'll have to use an x-acto to cut around where you tape it off before you peel the tape off. Doesn't look rubbery, but does look matte. Holds up really well too. |

| Not Ranked : 0 score I did the GT-R mod with plasti dip, been on now for several months but is starting to peel in a couple spots. I'll redo it this summer better than I did the first time because I like the look.

| Not Ranked : 0 score did it to my stock rims, turned out pretty good. they even hold up against machine car wash. but will start to come off i'd say.... 6 months? i did it just so to see how my car would look with black rims, and the result was promising then i got a set of real black rims haha. | Not Ranked : 0 score Looks good, always like the red and black together. Are they light weight like the RPF1's or heavier like their tuner wheels?

RPF1 is in the racing category, which is the best. raijin and fujing are in the tuning series, which is like in between racing and performance... performance obviously are the heavy ones. enkei says the main difference is that these come with MAT technology or whatever... making cast wheels lighter and stronger than non MAT treated cast wheels ... for the price you can't go wrong with these | |

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score well i feel terrible for not checking back on my posts in a timely fashion. I am very interested in your already black emblems if still available. I didnt use plasti dip due to all of the negative feedback and i think that black would go perfect with my electric blue setup. i have a 07 by the way |
