I need to see a pic of whatever pushes on the lever to actuate the unit. I never saw it as my son was working on it and said it was a plastic part that looked like a "teeter-totter", the part that has obviously operates the mechanism looks to me like it is broken off and just needs to be replaced,it has one connector and 2 screws and presses on the lever to open the runner valves. I cant find anything that looks like what he is describing. I really need a pic of whatever presses on the metal rod lever,or the part he says fits onto the lever . Also will this cause valve noise above 2k rpms if it is not working all? Thanks in advance. If the pic i tried to attach is in the post its the circle on the right area I am talking about. What I am asking is if the silver component is just broken off and actually makes contact and depresses the lever,or if there is a plastic or any part that fits over the metal lever in the yellow circle i drew on the pic. Thank You Last edited by vegaslightsss; 01-22-2015 at 04:06 PM. Reason: info |

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score So this is the piece that operates the metal lever in the first picture with the yellow circle around it. I need to know what the part it presses on is called and how it attaches to the lever so that it can function. A pic would be awesome. **CAN the car be driven at low RPMs without interference damage to the valvetrain? Right around 2200 RPM it sounds like it is starting to tick, having never seen the piece before it got broken, this is becoming a nightmare. Thanks Again in advance if anyone can help.
