Default Turbo Options

Hi,
I wish to know your opinion about brands of turbo for a CX-7 (2008 mine).
My K04 turbo is working fine for now, but when it dies what should i do? The market shows various options to replace this and i whish to know your opinion about some brands that i've watching.

1-. Kinugawa
2-. CorkSport
3-. BNR Stage 2

I'm not interested in race or getting excesive power, because is a confortable SUV with 246HP.
I know that i will have to tune for this 3 options so thats not the problem.
What do you think about durability? theres more options that i've not seen yet?

Greetings

Stock MS3/MS6 K04 would be an improvement over what you've got as well. It's capable of producing a bit more power with very similar spool to your current unit, and it would be "as reliable" as your OEM turbo.

For a daily-driven, automagic 4-cylinder SUV, that's probably what I would do.

Ok, but watching the prices:

Stock: USD883.39
kinugawa: USD899
Corksport: USD 1099,99
BNR: 999,95

Prices are similar, what about quality and durability?

Take a close look at options 1&2... Pretty sure they are the same turbo using a Mitsubishi core. BNR uses a Garrett core.

I second @Vansquish;, unless you're really jonesing to spend the money, get a Mazdaspeed k04.
