Default Engine specs?

Hello everyone, new to the forum. I bought a blown 2010 cx7 2.3 turbo. Threw the number 3 rod. Bought to fix and use as the family car (and because I wanted an excuse to be in the garage). But anyways, sourced a block for a Mazdaspeed 3 got it honed and hot tanked and the head resurfaced, seats and valves. List of parts I’ve bought: water pump, oil pump, timing set, but actuator and sprocket, all gaskets, head bolts, injector seals, turbo cartridge(old one was sloppy and leaking oil) and new rings. There’s more just can’t think of them off the top of my head. Doing a stock build, no intentions of any performance add one.

I’ve been searching all over trying to find torque specs and ring gap specs or even and chiton or haynes service manual but I haven’t came up with anything. I’ve got everything I need as far as I know, just got the new crank and main bearings in the block. Snugged the girdle up until I can find some info.

Anyone know torque specs for:
Main girdle bolts
Conn rod bolts
Head bolts
Cam sprockets and mounting bolts
Harmonic balancer
Flywheel bolts
Torque converter to flywheel nuts

gap specs for the piston rings?

Also what is the procedure for proper gear alignment for the balance shaft assembly?

Any build tips as well?

Any and all info is appreciated very much, I want to build this right since my 1 year old son will be in it. Built an engine for my sn95(which still isn’t done haha). And to be honest, I came into this build thinking it was like all the other engines I’ve worked on, I was wrong. =P

But anyways thanks for allowing me into the forums and thanks for any help and advise.

I will post pictures of the grenade and build progress as well.
