Default Gasket replacement Mazda CX-7

Hello everyone. I am new on this forum, but I use to read it. You have a great forum here. I own a Mazda CX-7 2.3 turbo from 2008 and now I have it at the mechanic. The issue is the cylinder 3 was out of service. At first, we thought it was something electrical or the spark plug, but then the mechanic took out the gasket to see the cylinder and he found it was overheated. Now I don't know it I have to change the piece completely, because it is very difficult to find it. I attached some images to see the problem.

I live in Dominican Republic and it's not that easy to find this part. What do you think I should do with that? Thank you very much for your help. I promise to participate actively in the forum.

Regards.
