(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Ohlins coilovers review My old suspension (AGX/ Eibach) was good, but just wasn't good enough. A little too bumpy on the streets and not stiff enough (yeah I know). Let me say that just it a shame that you can't leave them off the car because the quality of their product is fantastical. Installing was way easier than any shock and spring setup (no spring compressor needed) and was very straight forward. Took about 3 hours including adjusting ride height, which is set to 12.5 fr 13r for now until it settles but I expect it not to do much of that because how much stiffer the rates are 8kg fr 6kg r or 450lbs fr 336lbs r . Dampers are set to about 6 fr 3 r , for street use and 24 f, 12 r for autoX/track use. These coilovers have a range of 32 for adjustment. Will anyone use them all.. prolly not. Intial Driving Impression: Holy SXXX. The Ride is much stiffer yet way more comfortable than older setup (boo..bumpstop).Railroad track are much more pleasant, small bumps are invisible, but pothole still let you know they are there. Steering response is strong and crisp. Squat and dive are practically zero and can feel what the brakes are doing better. Took an insterstate loop at higher than normal speed and theres no more rear tail wagging. Body-roll is about gone but slight. Cornering is great and gives the driver more confidence. I would definately recommend this setup or even the PCV's for anyone who does lots of autoXing/ track, but still wants a good ride for the streets. My current alignment specs are as follow: (variation of Lanny's) Front: -1.2* camber 1/16'' total toe-in (1/32'' per side) 5.0* Caster Rear: -1.8* camber 1/16'' total toe-in (1/32'' per side) this gave my car more mechanical grip than I did with Icehawks specs that had toe-out and more camber. I give Ohlins 2 thumbs up Here are some pictures For your enjoyment and if you have any questions, just ask. Ohlins in a box: Fronts installed: End-link clearance at droop(bulky RB's): Front Adjuster on pillowball mounts: Fronts at full droop total est 2in: Rears installed:

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Well, I bought them back in 08' new for $2500 before Ohlins USA jacked their prices up. No.. not worth more than the car. car was worth 6k back then with its super low mileage. Today.. prolly about 4k. I can make up almost 4k if I part out.

| Not Ranked : 0 score $2500 for those Ohlins is a solid price if they are at least 3 way adjustable
