Looking for Rear spoiler extension

Does anyone know where to find one of these. I love Streetunit and have purchased all of my products from them but $300 for a little piece of fiberglass is just too rich for my blood.

I remember seeing one somewhere else (ebay maybe) for around $100 but can't find anything now. Thanks for the help!

just remember you get what you pay for and that cost includes the engineering required to make the part fit correctly. Other than the ones that SU stocks I have never seen another kind...

the SU one is the only unit i'm aware of. $300 does seem steep, but you might be able to either swing a discount with SU or wait and see if one pops up on the F/S forum.

ebay might have something that would work. my only reservations on that one would be 1) double-check that they don't charge big bucks for shipping and 2) fitment might suck.

Actually i also remember seeing one on ebay. but nextmod.com is where the gv replica lip is and i think also sell the spoiler but they are out and wont be back until jan 19 i think. but pretty sure they also make the spoiler addon and it looks and fits great as what i seen on the car .

Thanks for the info! I'll definately be keeping an eye on nextmod.com for updates. If it looks good and is decently priced i'll probably pick it up and post pics once it's installed...

Nextmod shit sucks. that dude fucked me over out of a few hundred bucks and the spoiler lip i have took alot of prep to get so it didnt look like shit

ive heard of a few people having problems with nextmod fitment, however Ive seen alot more that have had success.

I plan on using them soon for all the gv parts.

I purchased both the front lip and rear spoiler extension. fitment on the front lip was horrible even after getting a 2nd replacement. the rear extension fit fine though.

Is the front fitment bad enough where you dont recommend buying from them? Reason I ask is I know of a company that uses abs plastic to make lips and Im seriously considering getting involved in the speed community.

to attach it, I used 3M automotive double sided tape. its surprisingly sturdy and strong. as for the paint, I got it professionaly painted along with the front lip. It came to me primered black and had tons of dimples and air bubbles. If I had to do it again, I'd probably sand, primer and paint it myself.

I got the nextmod spoiler lip a while back for a damn good price, and I'm happy with the piece although I was a bit disapointed in the condition that it arrived in. I will say that the fitment is spot on. It needs to be repainted professionally, that's on the list. Unless I befriend someone who is good at the CF wrapping, which will be the first try. Wank, have you tried that stuff out yet?

Nah, I haven't, and probably won't, try any of that carbon fiber wrap. It would look like shit if I did it. I have a 1'x3' sheet I got cheap from corksport a long time ago, but it's pretty stiff and not very bendy. I was going to stick it on my fusebox cover or something.

If I ever finish spending money on my car (yeah right) I might start buying cf pieces ie, spoiler, hood, hatch.....

Like I said above, I ordered mine last Friday for $180 shipped from nextmod, and I received it today.

Fitment was perfect, and condition on it was perfect. No rough spots, no holes, no dents or dings, just smooth flat black. Very impressed!

this was a LOOONG time ago, and i paid $130 for it plus a can of duplicolor and an hour of sanding. it was on a GB or sale on m3f, i dont know if theyre doing it anymore.

Well i've owned 2 front lips from nextmod and didn't have a problem with fitment with either one of them. (1st one broke long story). Good luck.
