Ms6 Painted exhaust shroud and fog covers

Has anyone painted their fog covers and exhaust shrouds gloss black instead of the dull look? Wondering if anyone can post pictures if they have.

i have mine painted gloss black. these are old pics but the paints holding up great. i'd take some better ones for you, but it's raining and the car is dirty.

ok, i wiped them down a little but its still dirty. painting was done several years ago

I was in 3ID for almost 3 weeks, just long enough to drive the korean's in the alteration shop nuts.
When 3AD cased colors, we went to 3ID, then crazy8's (a month) then 1AD
this when the infantry commands figured out there is nowhere on the TO&E for a fucking combat aviation brigade in an infantry unit hehe
much sewing of patches was done.......

Ive never had a problem with my exhaust shrouds burning..nor have i heard about it. Ive only heard about them breaking or fading. The only time i could ever really see them burning, is if metal heat shield pieces were not in there. Been running corksport catless TBE exhaust for years...no problems.

The hood has its own built in tmic shroud scoop. i cant really remember where the grill air diverter will divert the air after install, but either way (engine bay or intercooler) is a win. oem components fit fine with the hood, no issues i noticed.
