well you just drill a hole in the plate and thread right into the tow plate. that if you got the cp-e one.

^^^ protege garage makes one for 50 bucks (plate holder) but you cant thread anything else in. you must take the plate holder off to attache tow hook

ok so when you guys hit bumps with these tow hooks on the car.. its going to hit the paint and if its hits the paint hard enough, it will scratch,scuff,maybe even make alittle dent. Unless these tow hooks lock in place when your not using them, meaning they cant move at all while driving.

I had one, and no, they don't move. The bolt is tightened down pretty well so it does not sway forward and backwards. I still have mine, just don't use it. I have a CP-E plate now.

Tow hook was made to hold a license plate.. You can take out a fuckin deer with a CPe Tow Plate and not have any damage to you car. Fuck that hook.
