Hi to everyone last weekend we have a drag race to my country at Tympaki Airport, Kriti, Greece...
So i manage to make 1.800 60FT , 7.363@100.90 660FT , 11.114@131.04 my car is with the same turbo(gtx3071) from my last race (wich i made 11.41@127.5) but i have raised boost to 37psi , i change slicks to 27/9/15 , i also use rear skinies nexen 165/85/15 on vision wheels.The car was with full interior due to my country drag rules.I`m waiting for your comments....

Seems like u are testing the track for Unlim500. all 402m are in glue. Next year I'll run on good dragstrip in Russia for result.

yea we make a drag race to prepare the strip for the ulim500 which is this weekend. Glue for know is for about 660FT(200m) ....but until this Friday it will be ready with 402m covered with glue(but only for the unlim500)...

I think 200m is the best variant for u. u don't need glue on whole track.

ur time is very fast. may be u can try <11s with lightweight in out of rules. Just run for record, cause I think u have no reserve in power on gtx3071?! What is ur whp?

Also in Eupatoria (Crimea) on RDRC (Russian dragchamp) last autumn fwd had stable 1.5-1.6s on 60ft. Gluestrip was prepared by ur Greece guys!

i was amazed but have in mind from 30psi to 37 i pick 3mp/h at 1/4mile so i guess it gives me something. for fuel i use direct injection with 4 d05 nozzles 70/30 meth/water and 100 octane unleaded...

I can say that we on our gtx3076 1.06 tial tried 26psi (1.8b) on 50F (10c) and 30psi (2.05bar) on 25F (25C) and had the same "air" 450gr\s and it was about 450awhp. More on meth + usual fuel we couldn't do yet.

do u use 5 gears? what rmps? and what about diesel pair? u can use 4 gears and about 0.3-0.4s quartermiletime improvement.

i have the oem genwon gearing i rev the car 8000 so i cross the line with 4th gear..
I do not like the diesel gearing in my opinion the car is slower with it...

that turbo is way off of the efficiency map at 37psi. this is assuming 93%ve & a 7k rpm redline.

EDIT: 37psi @ 8k rpm is even worse lol literally off the map

The car after 7500 can not hold 37psi with my atp hot side at those rpms it holds about 31-32psi...
I know that it is out of the efficiency map but my results showing that i earned a something...

i have the diesel gearing for about 2 years and have not try it because in my opinion with the longer gearing it wheel spin even more ,when the car spining with longer gearing the wheels spining on biger speed so it is even more difficult to stop spining when it starts..

i do not have calculate km to rpm but i have a video from an 11.4 pass i made this weekend that shows tacho with revs ...I will upload it to see it ...

longer gears are better IMHO and u have glue track + good slicks. And diesel pair gives +9% to all gears, u can shift with no falling to low rmps.
but we can compare ur and my variant.

Congrats sir. Our cars are very close in power and mph. Your shifting is a little better than mine. I just need a little more seat time to get shifting to be a little faster. I love seeing you that you got this time with a 3071!! If you can get your 60fts to 1.7s like you were able to last time out, you would be real close to 10.99

Good shit man , you squeezing all U can out of that engine powerwise , hard to tell if it's the quality of the sound but for slicks that size U sound a little low on rpm off the launch which will hurt your 60fts ... Your 660 is by far the best so after your 60 foot you got it nailed down pretty good .... That much tire if you guys glue the track well should give up flat 1.7s and pick up a full 2/10ths from that 11.1 .... What is your vehicle weight ? Can u not take off weight without them noticing it's gone ? Leave interior lookimg stock but things underneath removed ?

The launch is low rpm 4300rpm (i only make 2 passes and i could not make any other my next try will be launching about 4800rpm) my car has light front brakes with 280mm disks , i have removed the rear sway bar, i have removed spare jack and stuff and i have 2 front light weight bucket seats with all these my car weights 2950 ....If i make a low 1.7s i know i`m in high 10 and that is my goal to go to 10 with a gtx3071 ....

2950 without driver ? So U dropped 200 lbs .... We got Julios to around 2850-2875 .... You lack wheel speed out of the hole so you are hurting your 60fts ... Are u still fully boosted in all gears as last time ? The problem with LC in the 4-5k rpm range is that the wheel speed doesn't carry enough momentum out of the hole that low And U having even larger diameter tires will hurt the 60s even more with medium launch rpm ... The only way person to get better 60fts than us was David (mzrspeed) with LC I suspect because he had 24s on there So U can get away with less rpm simply because the tire rotates faster and inherently carries more wheel speed ... The larger of a tire U go with the more rpm you're gonna need to get it to compensate for the additional surface area of contact + a larger roll out .


U really doing a great job with only two passes man , wish u could have a full day of racing . Great Fucken power usage

I personally think LC for a car that lacks suspension is worthless other than to make it easier for the driver to hold rpm .... U build some boost (maybe 5 psi ?) But whatever horsepower you believe you're building up you trade for wheel speed which is why every single car that uses it doesn't achieve solid 60fts in the low 1.7 range With the exception of David and Anthony (driver311) and the common factor in both was 24 tall slicks that don't need 6500-7k clutch drops since they lack the roll out of a 26-27 tall tire .


Iny opinion what you guys should be doing since I understand it's too hard for U to simply hold rpm with your right foot is to simply set up a limiter for rpm like a LC for a designated rpm without building up boost at the 6-7k rpm area in increments of 100 to accommodate track conditions and let that wheel speed build up momentum to carry U out of the hole ..... LC with built in boost is for cars that can actually make horsepower early on and make it stick


We had neither any real suspension nor a particularly sticky track .... We simply took advantage of wheel speed and let the boost be built up naturally as load increased on the motor from traction and gearing

20-24-27-28 in that order of gears (boost) ... No LC no boost by gear no ffs software .... But lots of practice to make the car repeatable .... With only 2 track passes per day U really are at a disadvantage to get any real data .... Btw how was your other run ?

Two things that I notice that are obvious

A) do you see how your rpm drops and holds at 3500 on launch ? That is lack of wheel speed which hurts your 60s

B) do U see the speedometer obviously stay still every time U shift ? That's lacking in shifting speed which U can only do so much physically yourself


By no means am I knocking on you , you already have way more than U need to run high 10s ... U just need to get low 1.7s to high 1.6s and this woulda been 2/10ths quicker and with quicker shifts U can knock off another 1-2 tenths
