(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Also first outing with the roll bar, seats, and harnesses. Excited to see/feel the difference that setup makes. I should have plenty of videos to post up later so y'all can point and laugh at my sloppy March driving.

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score I'll just revive this thread, since I finally got out for 2018's first track day. Ran with Track Night in America at NJMP Thunderbolt. It was a very well-run event, but the intermediate group is more of a low-intermediate. Several guys needed a refresher in point-by etiquette as well as learning racing lines. I'm not the best driver, but I know the basics and get the fuck out the way of the faster guys asap. Anyways... Here's the video of the 2nd session, starting with the last 2 laps, which were my best of the day. So many corners where I wasn't using the full track-out and could have carried more speed in... | Not Ranked : 0 score Other than the participants, how was it with Track Night? I'm doing my first Track Night event in August (worst time of the year in Florida but I have a kid coming so it's probably my last shot at any auto sports for a while) and I'm curious how they run. I only did one track day here with another group but I autox regularly. I'm also curious on what mods/alignment/wheels/rubber your running if you don't mind me asking. Edit: Didn't notice you mentioned seats, bar and harness in the top post from 2017. What did you go with for them and how did they fare? Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk |
