| Not Ranked : 0 score Beast? Not really, not ever. You have a lot of issues going on. Your VICS and o2 sensors are causing most of it. It appears you have aluminum piping to replace the stock plastic intercooler piping. Do you have an aftermarket intercooler?

| Not Ranked : 0 score Beast is reserved for cars capable of 400whp on the stock long block. You would be lucky to get 200 from that car. That is not to say I dislike the car, that's not the case. I just wouldn't be calling it a beast or expecting it to take down some soccer Mom's Mercedes anytime soon.

it may be missing or just unplugged, wish you had asked before about this car before buying..i would've gone with you to see it
this car's engine is a piece of shit and if you boost in 5th gear you'll blow it! what you are experiencing is fuel cut. you are probabbly overboosting with e broken WGA....STOP IT! get a boost gauge and find out what is your boost. it can never go above 7PSI
p0090< fuel pressure regulator...again, bad fuel economy, may cause it to go super rich and lean under boost p0209<did you mean this code? if so..bad injector p0031< bad O2 sensor p0131 < bad O2 sensor p0134 < ba dO2 sensor i'm fucking amazed how you made it home! lol find me on facebook: http://facebook.com/alejonin and add me i'll help you out!

1st fail: P2009=VTCS solenoid broken, vaccum hose leaking, actuator leaking 2nd fail: P0090: FP Regulator...this is an issue with your vaccums..you must have a leak..these soelnoids almost never fail...next time hunt down the junkyard..5$ part>120$ part...buy a voltmeter and learn how to use it to test these solenoids. 3rd fail ok some info on OBD BANK1 and BANK2 epxlained. on V6 engines, there are 2 BANKS...first BANK is the first set of the three cylinder..they usually have a manifold as well..when odes refer to BANK 1 as in O2 sensor and such, they refer to the FISRT BANK of cylinder...in a V8 or V6, this si the LEFT side of the V..on a four cylinder, the fourcylders are BANK1, since we don't have a BANK2, all BANK1 errors will refer to the ONLY bank you have so for instance, you could be getting a code that says LEAN BANK1 or O2 Heator Malfunction BANK1...these refer to the ONLY O2 you have, on BANK1... and send me amessage on facebook....i can't find you..

| Not Ranked : 0 score First of allget a damn boost gauge... your running way to much boost and getting fuel cut also and the P0090 code can be caused by running to much boost.... The best way to get ahold of me if you have any questions is via facebook or 247. Im hardly on here and 247 but I at least visit 247 every couple of days for about 5-10 min. Another thing I highly recommend is get a wideband and learn how the car goes into open loop and adjust your driving styles to that. You can boost in 5th gear but you have to make it go into open loop prior and not just romp at it at low rpms. https://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/....howard.758399 |

| Not Ranked : 0 score Or unplug the TPS like a boss and run in open loop all the time. You can run a resistor if you know how to solder.

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score changed the o2 fixed that code but still have the other 2 and still rough idle i dont think it has anything to do with the boost its cuts out randomly at any rpm and even if im not boosting............ i hooked up a boost gauge today also and in 4th gear at 6,000rpm its around 13/14 might be boosting a lil high but still dont fix the skipping or codes and how would i turn the boost down? |

| Not Ranked : 0 score guy, you are running 14PSI of boost @ 6K RPMS(max is 5500 RPMS) anyways, you are running TWICE what mazda recommends gawd, you going to blow up! again, until you fix your wga, you will continue to ahve these nuances ...but don't worry...leave the WGA as it is and you won't have anymore boost problems...no boost=no problems.

I think you mean 6500 rpms. Redline is at 6.5k. Either way its kind of moot when your runnign over 10psi. Raider will tell you how many issues I've had with my car and how I've managed to fixed them all slowly. OPer, You want to run no more then 9/10 psi on the stock block and ECU. Even at that its still a gamble if you have no idea how the car tunes at. NEVER just mash the gas! I highly suggest you bring it back down to the factory boost levels of 6/7psi. Then fix all the other shit on the car first and get it running like a top... THEN mod it a little more to go fast"-ish". Your rough idle could be a bad/clogged EGR valve or if its rough literally it could just be motor mounts. Keep in mind we have a Zoom Zoom BOOM club because people don't know the cars well enough and think they can just up the boost, mash the gas and go! That is not the case with this car. If you hvae a boost controller remove that shit ASAP and just run straight off the WGA and see what your boost is at. | |
