| Neutral : +1 score Yep. Check your coil pack harness for a broken connection. It could also be in the injector harness or possibly anywhere between the ECU and sensor. My fuel pressure signal wire was returning 0v intermittently because it was broken at the crimp in the large connector in front of the intake manifold. lethalhazard likes this.

If it does come up to be a connector, am I able to buy some replacement connectors and just replace the connector end of it where it connects? Or do I have to buy a new harness? How did you fix it? | Neutral : +1 score I attempted to open up the crimp to redo it, but it's too damn tiny for the tools I have, so I just stripped back some clean wire and soldered it on top of the crimp. I think the original wire was pretty tight, so I believe I soldered on a short piece of wire to relieve the tension. I'm not a fan of soldered connections in vibration environments, but I didn't have much choice here. lethalhazard likes this.

| Not Ranked : 0 score you can try changing the sensor, IDK why people strongly believe about the sensor "one piece" with the rail, ive changed it before and this sensor is is exactly same as the one in there, i have ap and this sensor reads 0-2000psi or even more, sensor for 2009 chevy cobalt you can get it from local auto parts store, BTW JMF manifold have a extension that will relocate the sensor, so it is removable. i have jmf and i also changed the sensor. one good thing about it is if its not the problem you can return the sensor just brake clean it and say "i didnt use it, its different problem i got" https://www.autozone.com/engine-mana...hText=80090002 |
