Default Forge WGA

I know this is going to sound stupid but does this WGA need to break in or something? When I first installed this thing my 1st gear boost spikes were going to make me think I wil lbe joining the zoom zoom BOOM club in the next week if not sooner.

In 1st gear it would spike to 12-15psi and settle back down to 5-6 but only in first. Every other gear the spikes were only 2-3psi at the most and settle back down to 5-6psi. Now(a day later) I litearlly haven't changed a thing and I no longer spike like that in first gear and my spikes are more 1-2 psi in every gear except 1st which its 2-3psi spike. Everything is normal now and have no issues.

When i say I didn't do a thing, I mean I didnt even unplug a vac line and put it back on for a better connection.

get rid or return this and get an AP. I wasted too much time trying to get my Forge WGA to fix some boost issues I was having when running the SB...simply buying the AP solved all my problems.

AP = access port? If so they don't make those for my car... and a ATP WGA is crap i've been through 4 of them in less then 3 years with less then 70k miles and 1 stocker as well. And you obviously didn't read the entire tread and missed where i said "Everything is normal now and have no issues". This thread is more of a why was it doing that type of thread.

I got ahold of someone at forge and my werid issue if you can call it that really had him scratching his head. The only thing we can think of is that this oen actually needed to break in as the WGA is piston based.

I have a forge wastegate actuator for my ms3 and haven't had any issue. After taking me forever to dial it in, I didn't have much of a problem.

Glad it fixed itself.
