We can just order from Rallysportdirect but that's not exactly fair on Edge that we can from one but not the other.

Yeah I am sorry. This is just not good enough.

I am not really interested in what issues or agreements are binding you, customers want your gear, and you are making it particularly difficult for them to get it.

It is not fair to the vendors on our home site that we cannot support them. They have gone the extra mile and provided us with service far beyond what they have too.

It is far past time to pony up and get this sorted. Surely you are aware there are competing suppliers who would be more than happy to have our money.

We may be a small market to you, but if you do not get this resolved in some way or another, it is going to be a closed one.

I didn't get to go but Rick, Ben, Kirill and JT were there, sounds like it was a pretty crazy event and they couldn't get away from our booth to check anything out either. Hopefully it went well for you guys
