We are still testing on the Mazdaspeed platform AND on the intake manifold. The castings take a long time to produce for us. We did NOT abandon the mazdaspeed platform, not by a long shot. We don;t plan on going away anytime soon. We apologize for the extremely long wait for this product and trust me, we are just as excited for this to be released as everyone else is. We just want to ge tit right the first time out. This part is definitely being over engineered. We are trying to give you guys the best we can.

It's okay. Looking back on it, I read your previous posts in a different context so I'm sorry I took things the wrong way. I'm happy to see that you guys are still working on this and that you're sticking with the platform. Not wanting to wait for the CP-E unicorn and not being entirely convinced of the need for the JMF manifold I choose teh sammich plate. Becuz you can't go wrong with a sammich. Even my girl friend can manage making one.

It's easy.
Get this flange and fuel rail here called Da Top Fueler from this place.

Online Store - Xcessive Manufacturing

Then you get the AC1 controller with fuel fitting for the HPFP and injector harness from Kozmic Orgasm Sports for 4 injectors.
Then you get 4x high impedance injectors for a volvo from ebay for $30 dorrah like I did.
Then you get 10mm longer bolts for the IM.
Then you plumb a AN-04 line from the HPFP to the fuel rail.
And then you have this.



Or the Easter Bunny Special this.



Or you can go do this







You will need to grind off a lil part of the flange on the IM for the bolt adjacent to the power steering pump like so to clear the pump.



And this is a log just taken today. Still adjusting the fueling a bit on the AC1. Running out of spring on the stock EFR canister. 23 psi is not that bad for no Ethanol or meth at all and stock CR. There is more to be had but I need to see how everything works at the track before moar powa is commanded.

Yes. 3". 330 g's is ok. It can do a lil more.
The 7163 can run about 26 psi at 7000 rpm on our engines. I wouldn't push it more than that. I'd say 380-400 g's is reliably solid.

IDK... I'm seeing 440-450g/s up top at only 23psi~ I know it can hit 500+ with more fuel.

What are you running for an in tank pump?

Lol the 4.xx MAF volts around 4000 rpms are what caught my eye immediatly. Granted, he's likely keeping the flow down for the road course, but that set up is not very far from maxed out at all.

What do you call pushing above the stock injector limits? I barely hit 70% IDC right now. That's still a ways from a generic safety limit of 80%.
Ther isn't anything to be gained by going from a 3" intake to 3.5 or 4 on a turbo that has a 2.5" inlet throat. Only thing that will get you is a higher but more diluted scale.

If the car can handle that much power on the track or over 30 minutes in the Florida heat then I'll think about a bigger intake. Many things will have to work and be upgraded before the need to command that much power out of the motor arises.

Oh yeah and how about the CP-e manifold?

Well I'm at about 110-115% IDC and pushing more air/power, it's just you've got way more headroom without stretching IDCs... I'm jealous, believe me.

We had to go with a bigger maf housing because we pegged the 3" and we'll soon peg the 3.5" if we get more fuel.

Running those types of IDC can cause some serious drama. I would turn the whick down till you have more fuel if I were you.

Oh I agree, but it only gets spotty on the car at 120%... Surprisingly, my FP's pretty solid as is. It's just temporary...

And this is a log just taken today. Still adjusting the fueling a bit on the AC1. Running out of spring on the stock EFR canister. 23 psi is not that bad for no Ethanol or meth at all and stock CR. There is more to be had but I need to see how everything works at the track before moar powa is commanded.
