| This happens with car companies all the time, but I don't see anyone here raising hell that they couldn't get one piece of the tech package without having the whole thing. Every other part on the atmosphere kit you can purchase without buying the kit itself. They make the atmosphere line for a lot of cars, and obviously if it wasn't a quality package no one would buy it. Everyone raising hell over the downpipe to me is crying over spilled milk. Now, one legitimate complaint I would have is that the regular CP-e DP is not compatible with their manifold due to the O2 bung location. The only DP that is would be the CorkSport. So I would like to see that corrected, but it is what it is.

| I'm not being an asshole to you Brock, but sadly that seems to be the only language you speak. At this point you are kind of cornering the market on giving vendors grief and bull shit. Here's the better question, why did you buy a V-band manifold if you didn't have a V-band downpipe or the means to acquire one? It seems you paid for and stuck the paper weight in your own lap. Makes sense to me that if I was going V-band I would be looking to buy a package deal, if only I could get one....oh wait, I can, I could buy an atmosphere kit. I hear your pain on the V-band manifold being sold before they made that package, but I revert back to question one, why the hell did you or anyone else purchase a manifold if you didn't have a DP that would work? Obviously when I was referring to the CS DP I meant that for those of us still using that shitty ATP flange, like myself and many others, if we opt for the CP-e manifold then we have to relocate the primary O2 Bung on any DP besides the CS. Buy hey, you have connections there, have them fabricate a V-band DP and they can become the one stop shop for DP clearance or flange problems. Or just stay bitter and piss and moan and add another line to your signature meant to dig at a user or company. Myself and a vast majority of MSF don't give a fuck. We'll just sit around and wait to see who you get into a fight with next. Also, we are way off subject. I still vote gold.

| Not Ranked : 0 score I, for example, currently have the ATP hotside on my 3076. If I had the option to purchase the V-Band downpipe, I would also purchase the Tial hotside for the turbo from CP-e. Perhaps they could offer an exclusive hotside/dp combo at least. Now, still curious about the performance of this intake manifold, since there are other threads about the dp. Maybe I'll bump those.

| Which goes back to my question, why did you buy a v band manifold if you didn't have a downpipe that was compatible? Why didn't you wait until there was an option for both, or just opt for another flange/manufacturer? Brennon I hate no one, I'm just tired of drama on msf a bit. Things are clearly dying around here as the platform gets older and I don't foresee selling mine so I'd like to keep this place and the few vendors we have hanging around.

Have you contacted Matt @ fj? I'm sure they could weld a different flange on their downpipe and solve your problem. Or the kozmic downpipe is sold separate as well. Edit to contribute something to this nonsense in here.... Black for the manifold. I want to see data though before I ditch my jmf

The test examples I looked at certainly seemed more on the transparent side, you can clearly see through it, not just diffuse light passing.. It takes a lot of processing to get that way but it goes from opaque to translucent to transparent... albeit at an incredibly high price.

Well I'm speaking in a more absolute sense. If it reflects any light it's translucent. Transparent is used really loosely. Only 2 things I know that are absolutely transparent is air and this cpe intake manifold.
