(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  E-Tune with CP-E I just wanted to take a moment and share some details of how my E-Tune is going with CP-E (Jake). As I am from the West Coast, California, and CP-E is almost 2000 miles away I cannot get a custom dyno tune from them. I have a built block, gt3076r, CP-E XcelXL Big Maf Intake, all CP-E flashes and looking forward to 400whp!! Running the car untuned felt somewhat weak and sluggish. Once Jake started making adjustments to my tune the car started to feel better and carried the power to redline. At the first couple adjustments, Jake had the car at 12psi and to be honest I felt the car more powerful than before having my car fully-bolted at 20psi with the stock k04 turbo! After several adjustments and now at around 17.5 psi at 3500rps going WOT in 3rd gear I get alot of torque steer! Everyone running the Standback should consider getting an E-Tune or even getting dyno tuned at CP-E, Jake has been great to work with and I appreciate all the time he has put in my tuning. | Not Ranked : 0 score Carlos - glad to see the Standback tune is going well. 400 hp is in your future. Making me want to take the next step and go big turbo. Looks like i'm going to just end up e-tuning with cobb and maybe pick up a PTP SST though, the wife is cool with all the car stuff and I promised her I wouldn't take it too far with this car. Now every time I try to schedule some time for a dynotune up in Plano I end up having work related travel get in the way. Again, thanks for the great deal on your AP and meth kit!
