Default Going on 9 Days and No Shipment
I ordered a TMIC 9 days ago and it was supposed to have been drop shipped. I have ordered enough stuff from the vendor for me to believe the delay is not on their end. I called your number and the girl I talked to said you had plenty of them in stock. So what is the delay?

OMG! So I had to wait all this time for my TMIC because the shrouds were out of stock. I just finished reading the install instructions. It says not to use the shroud for 2010+

Crap, you got one of the OLD instruction sheets.
The shroud should have a bend in it and the brackets should be at the top of the core for the gen2. The shroud you were sent should, hopefully, be the right one.

I believe for gen2 they have to weld the mounting points closer to the top of the tmic. Just make sure you didn't get a gen1 one.

I am glad to see CP-e is resolving their issues. They make great products and I would of totally loved my tmic if it was for my car. Once they get the shipping and customer service departments straightened out I am sure I will give them another shot. I always like and respect companies that learn from past mistakes

I know that I have been known to be a Cp-e cheerleader, but so far, between Storm and the person posting for CP-E, they have been making a solid attempt @ least.

Thanks guys, we are definitely trying, but please understand it's going to take months to filter through all the mess that has already happened.

They were able to get me the correct part, I have just decided to go a different direction. So I have the brand new-in-box part they sent to me for sale.

Probably a good decision to sell the new piece. When I sent back the wrong part the shroud was damageged in shipping now I get the luxury of paying for them to powder coat it. I'm so glad I do not have any cp-e parts on my car. I hope they learn how to ship and package the right product someday.

Due to all the mix ups and packaging hishaps, we let the shipping guy go. We are in the process of undergoing some proceedural changes to ensure things like this don't happen anymore. Again, we are sorry these issues have come up, but we assure you that we are working our hardest to remedy these problems and help progress the mazdaspeed platform in a more positive manner.
