(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Oh boy, here I go....this is going to be short and simple... I bought an AP and SRI from Cobb assuming the SRI would be delivered a month or so later (early/mid sept) as they said it was on backorder. Now it will be winter 08/09? CPE, have you tested with the AP at all? I just want to know wether I can go with your SRI and make the $700 worth it or have you not tested that yet...or plan too? Unfortuantley, this decision has to revolve around the $700 AP....just to much money for me to waste if other products can't make use of the AP's maps... I realize the AP is a competitors product but being flexible is good for business...maybe? I appreciate your understanding! |

| Not Ranked : 0 score the cobb SF and NANO should perform identically. and if your paying more then 450 for an AP your over paying.

To be honest I'm not sure how the Nano will perform with the AP. We'd actually like to know too (along with many others I'm sure), but we don't have a stock car, nor do we have an AP to use. So if you, or anyone else in the area would like to give it a shot we'd be happy to let someone put a Nano on their car and try a few different maps to see if any of them work. Intakes /really/ affect the way these cars behave, so even slight changes to the MAF housing or the location of the sensor can do funny things. So it would be nice to see if the Nano works with any of their current maps. If anyone local wants to give it a shot you can email me at jgartenhaus@cp-e.com or give me a call at the shop, 301-576-6142. By the way kgb, what is that in your avatar? | |

| Not Ranked : 0 score I'd be hip to try out as well. What's local? I have the AP, and the Cobb SRI, but am leaning toward trying out more CP-E stuff. Let me know.

| Not Ranked : 0 score I would like to know the answer to this as well...I love cp-e products and I have their downpipe and rear motor mount...I would not mind going all CP-E products, including the xcel nano and 3 inch silicone turbo inlet...I just don't like the hassle of custom tuning with the SB2 + PNP + FCF...and it costs oh so much ...I just want the convenience of loading a flash like the cobb AP with the xcel nano and calling it a day |
