I personally dealt with Chunie a few days ago. He returned all my phone calls, and when I didn't answer he lefted a voicemail, and then followed up with another call the next day. Never once did he miss an email. He took excellent care of his customer. So I can say that they are definitely heading in the right direction!

It looks very, very nice.

Looking forward to more of an online presence from one of the best companies out there.

More of a sense of community from cp-e on this and other boards will be nothing but win for both them as a company and us as consumers..

Being in touch with the customer base is very important in both development of new parts, r&d and the support of existing products..

People should be 100% confident when spending their money on parts that they will be treated right from beginning to end. They should already trust the parts at this point.

This is why JBR is so successful and respected.

Looking forward to cp-e getting the respect back they deserve!

Having dealt with Chunie both Friday of last week and today, I have to say it seems things are going on the right track. He is very prompt and very easy to work with and got me taken care of rather quickly. I hope this is a sign of good things to come.
