(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  Palerider's Store!! A few weeks ago Palerider had a presale on the CP-e Nano sellin for $xxx shipped! I saw this and was like hell ya why not (mind you other vendors are selling them for xxx or something)! So i ordered one! Since it was pretty much the first time i used Paypal he helped me on that too! So i sent him the money and waited for the product. As soon as i ordered it he told me it might take a couple weeks cause CP-e was still in the process in making the second batch. Being ok with it i waited. I kept on contacting him every week or so asking for the updates and he would kindly tell me whats going on in a timely fashion! Well its been a few weeks now and i still haven't received it because cpe still wasn't ready to ship. I'm now leaving on vacation pretty soon so i opted to cancel the order so i don't get it while im gone. This is where customer service shined! He gave me a full refund within a few hours! He understood completely and had no problem with it! Just to let everyone know, if you want something from cpe get it from him! You'll love his prices and service! And he believes in the product he sells, and IMO is doing it for that reason as well as helping his buds at CP-E. Money is not the underlying thing here with the CP-E saloon,,,its his passion and caring for this car and community that seems to drive him....we should all be very very happy he bought a Mazda Speed3 to work on and not a Hyunda Eleganti..LOL +1000 for the CP-E Saloon !!!!!!!!!!!

I won't get into the details, but the product I ordered is out of stock at CPE for a couple of weeks. Not his fault; completely out of his hands. No big deal right, happens all the time when you buy online, right? Well, as soon as Randy found out, he PM'ed me in a tizzy asking that I call and talk to him. Dude was seriously beating himself up over the whole thing! Even went so far as to offer to refund my money! I told him I was in no rush and to keep my order open and just ship it when the item's in stock (I need my CPE fix anyway). Most places you're lucky to even get an email when an item is on backstock... Tell you what; it's easy to have good customer service when everything goes right, but you know how good someone is when things go less than perfect. Long story, short; Randy's a fucking stand-up guy. Definitely going to get all my CPE stuff through him from now on! Also steering as many CX-7 peeps his way as possible.  A++++ Thanks man...

Who is he??...the youngsters have not been around long enough to remember his westerns and Dirty Harry, as well as hit art jazz movies ,,both of them were great.. He is a jazz nut.. want to see his new movie..friggin great actor, person, and director.+1000....

all his other movies are fantastic, but the spaghetti westerns are just absolutely iconic. the unforgiven was super fantastic too... but if youd never seen his older westerns than it would lose alot of its punch. i have watched g, b, and u..... at least 50 times. you have to share that with your son. i have 4 daughters... do it for the both us michael!!! | ||
