Absolutely. I actually just finished the test-fit and it was perfect! I started snapping pictures for the instructions, so if you don't mind I can post shots of it. The only caveat is that the intake is tack welded and it not powdercoated, so it doesn't necessarily reflect the exact product that we're going to be selling. The final product will be fully welded, and will be powdercoated silver. Hang tight and I'll post up a pic.

Yes, long story short, the MAF housing was welded wrong so we just flipped the MAF adapter backwards. I promise the final version won't ship with backwards MAF adapters

Absolutely not. The MS6 Nano is similar to the MS3 Nano but is not exactly the same. The MS6 Nano requires a mandrel bent pipe that extends from the turbo inlet pipe to the fender opening. Although this seems insignificant, it does add material cost and labor in forming and deburring the pipe. Truth be told, we're actually somewhat under pricing both Nanos. If you think about it, the MS6 Nano is very much like a cold air intake from a manaufacturing perspective, so it will cost a little more than the MS3 Nano. We did the best we could guys!

Well the introductory price is only $13.70 more than that. And, perhaps, the initial run might sell out before it gets to resellers. I'm just guessing on that, since CPE said the first run was only a small quantity.

Point being, it might be worth the $13.70 to get one of the first ones. But, that is of course up to you.

Diff mounts actually move pretty slow, but they seem to go in waves. One month we won't sell any and the next we'll sell a dozen. We still struggle with inventory and guessing what to stock.

I'd actually appreciate seeing that thing broken! Between the excessive use of steel and Anthony's obsession with increasing his welding penetration on those suckers I don't think anything short of a thermo-nuclear event would split that thing

No mods yet for my 06 speed6 but an SRI was to be my 1st. Been following this for a while and would like to get in on a NANO pre-order to avoid waiting for the second press. I was so close to having the wife order the COBB SRI for my birthday in a couple weeks but willing to wait for this. A bit more expensive but seems worth it especially if you have an introductory price. Whats the best way to pre-order and what is the ETA? sorry if I missed the answer in an earlier post.

So glad I live in FL and have no need for the tow plate...

I don't know how to ask this w/o starting a flame war. But, I honestly don't know why someone would pick the Nano over the Cobb, except maybe for dislike of Cobb as a company. I know that CPE makes good parts and I am not at all bashing CPE here. But, just specifically for the SRI product, Cobb's plastic (head reducer) and large velocity stack seems like a better design to me. Though of course to know for sure would take dynoing them. So, don't take this as a bash, just a question, why do you consider the Nano to be worth more money than the Cobb?

how about supporting a company that is dedicated to the platform? not a single company makes such a wide range of quality parts for these cars. most of the "profit" made on these parts goes right back into developing new parts, or keeping parts in stock. don't believe me? i'll show you my W-2.

on the cp-e MS6 nano, the filter is closer to the hole you MS6 guys have behind the headlight. this promotes the intake of cooler ambient air from the wheel well, and not so much radiator wash, as compared to the competition. the fact that it's AL vs plastic is not as important as it would be in say a turbo inlet. the temps around the nano will be much lower than the temps surrounding the turbo inlet. i doubt that if there were gains, if they would even be measurable. furthermore, the nano does have a velocity stack. cp-e uses filters that have the velocity stack molded into the air filter. here is a pic. the competition accomplish the same effect, just in a different way that was more suited to their design and choice of materials.

What sold me on this over say the cobb is because it is aluminum. Have you read through all the for sale post of the Cobb SRI and everyone noting the condition of the fins. I'm not sure if bent fins were an old issue or current, but there have been too many pictures of them. I know a lot of people have had the Cobb for a long time with no issues, but I would rather have metal over plastic. I also like how it extends to the fender, if you wanted to, you should be able to fab up a heat sheild or a cool air box in that area. These are all personal preferences though and that is why there are many options out there for us now, to each his own.
