Triton Exhaust with "additional muffler"?

Can't take the drone in my UR exhaust anymore, I do alot of highway driving....just had a 22inch resonator installed and it didn't do dick

I've seen and heard the Triton in person. Like it alot but I would want something a little quieter. Would just like to know where this "additional muffler" would be installed at. Any pictures, price and sound clip of the triton with the additional muffler would be awesome.

You could try a resonated test pipe? I don't see a TP in your mod list.

I've seen a few people with UR CBE & Resonated Test Pipe say there is very little drone.

Honestly though, the drone isn't that bad for me, and I have a catless TP. The only time the drone gets pretty crazy is on the freeway, during engine decel, at around 3400RPM

TP won't work, I already have a CP-e DP. I'm just getting old and cunty. It bothers the shit out of me. It's also not a good look at work, when ur setting of alarms in the basement parking deck and your boss with 4 supervisors walks by.

I had the magnaflow and it wasn't loud enough. Would like to find something in the middle with no drone. Does that exist?

I couldn't take the drone of my mscbe so I added a high flow cat and two vibrant resonators. Still didn't get it quiet enough. Cobb cbe was my final solution. I couldn't be happier with it.

I can understand that. My car is pretty loud in my work parking structure as well, and I don't like setting off alarms. Luckily it's pretty dead when I arrive and leave.

I'm not familier with too many CBE, but I know the Cobb has an amazing sound, and is a bit more quiet than some other CBE. It is also advertised it is in compliance with sound restrictions:

This exhaust was designed to meet the 95dB sound restriction even when used as part of a full turbo-back exhaust system.

Unfortunately it's quite expensive.

Our triton exhaust actually doesn't come with any mufflers. There are only 2 resonators


We don't offer an option for a muffler.

I stand corrected. The muffler option is actually placed in the front section of the exhaust. We've only sold 1 or 2 for german customers. If you'd like to order one with the muffler option please give us a call 301 576 6142

Oh well! I just want to confirm how much I really like the construction, appearance and sound of the Triton. In my opinion, It's def the best sounding option we have for the Gen2.

Since that "additional muffler" doesn't exist, Cobb is looking better and better.

How much more is it? I shouldn't have to call to get the price...its not like it should be considered a secret.

The muffler option is an extra $150 for the triton exhaust

Installed the triton with the additional muffler yesterday. Not too loud, Not too quiet. Great quality as well. Had a little issue with fitment for the exhaust tips. The passenger side exhaust tip sticks out a bit too much. Haven't searched to see if anyone else has had this problem.

Will try to get a sound vid up within the next two weeks.

If the CS 80mm test pipe fits up to the OEM cat back then yes.
