Can you provide a reasoning that the downpipe is not sold as a separate item?

It would help a lot of us, who want it, understand why cp-e has chosen to not support people who have their manifold and can't find a downpipe to support the external waste gate option.

I don't understand why cp-e won't take our money... if I did understand it would be a lot less aggravating.

That's not reasoning... that's an excuse.

Reasoning has logic behind it lol... I find it hard to believe that they sell more atmosphere kits with the down pipe then separating it as a stand alone item.

Reasoning =CP-e have sold a very small handful of those kits and have a set stock of down pipes that remain. So they are likely saving what stock they have left because they don't want to make them again if they sell a kit by chance...

The exclusivity is really only related to their ridiculous $6000 price point. If they released these downpipes at cp-e's definition of "fair", let's say $800-$1000 for example; piecing together the same kit would still be tremendously less.

Some of you wishes may have come true! For the guys that don't already have the exhaust manifold that is. They just released there bare bones turbo kit today for $2599. Much better than the $6000 at least.

Yep, that makes the Down pipe about $1000 Manifold $1000, and some hose and gaskets for $500. Seems a bit ridiculous to me.
