Default Recovery Mode?
Wtf is this shit?

Went to uninstall Cobb because I took it to a dealership and got this screen that said it went into recovery mode?

Drives fine.

Is this a sign I need to update the firmware?

@MS3-a(sore)ASS-rex

IIRC I think he had an issue with this and got it worked out easily. In fact, I think people were praising the whole recovery mode feature.

Drop some PM's to guys like dj, finkle, ATV, Dano or lex. maybe they can give you some insight.

As far as uninstalling the AP I'm not really sure why the recovery screen would come up but I know that screen is a savior when you're flashing a map and your computers decides to update Windows

Edit: recovery mode recovers your stock ecu data so perhaps it just displayed that screen while putting your stock map back on. It'd make sense

I got it to work. Just waited till the next day, plugged her in and started recovery mode and booted right up.
