(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Cobb Accessport tuner AEM Cold air intake Corksport race-pipe and catback exhaust I will be adding: Corksport downpipe (probably catted, I've heard the difference in output between w/ cat and no cat is negligable. Please correct me if I'm wrong) Top mount intercooler (probably Corksport) Turbo inlet hose (probably Corksport) Fuel pump upgrade (probably Corksport) Cobb custom dyno tune from their shop in Orange County, CA I will be running on California 91 octane premium pump gas Please help me to estimate at the crank and at the wheel horsepower and torque numbers I can expect once all is said and done. If you posted a bullsh@t response and if my opinion of you offends you... good. I don't live at the car club, dyno shop, drag track or in front of this discussion board talking gearhead shit all the time and what mod does this or that. I've got a real career, children, and other interests. I want my car faster and I'm currently shopping for a clutch (flywheel, PP, etc). Looking at advertised specs and opinions on holding power of certain clutch/flywheel combos, I would like to know what I should get in order to be prepared for my eventual motor output. I don't know why I bother to explain myself to @ssholes, but maybe an adult will give me the answer I'm looking for. |

FWIW, here's one little nugget of wisdom for you: With the modifications you've listed, you will be well within the capabilities of the stock clutch. There's no point in upgrading until you're up over 400awhp/tq, and your car is not going to be within a country mile of that.

Plus, there are some genuine answers in amongst the poking fun. You don't talk a lot about your goals, hard to really answer without knowing that. You should buy a clutch for where you want to be Another thing, you should get the HPFP internals installed before you do much more. There are lots of examples on this forum of folks wishing they had.

VDyno is free and can be downloaded at Virtual Dyno I'm sure you know this already, but please install the internals before doing anything else. Also, you asked for both wheel and crank numbers. I believe for AWD, the difference is about 20%. So if you're hitting 240 WHP, your crank HP estimate would be around 300. Again, it's all kinda squishy and these are just general-direction type numbers. Finally, you have to have a thick skin on this forum. Yeah, it can be annoying and there will always be smart-asses here (although I find them funny as hell), but they are easy to ignore. Just smile, move on to the next response, and don't take it personally.

Not everybody comes in here and asks their questions, which have already been answered, and expects us to feed them answers just so you can check back when its "convenient" for you. This isn't like most forums where it's flooded with ads and everyone has to play nice and get along and aren't able to freely express themselves. This place is by far the most resourceful site for these cars and you can gain a wealth of knowledge if you read and learn but don't expect to get away with asking questions like you did above. And lastly, don't become a douche canoe on here especially to senior members or prepared to get your couch fucked! Lay low, search and read before you get banned dude.

Put all your mods together and just remember safety first, just ensure your engine is tuned properly (AFR, boost, FP, BAT, LTFT, and so on).Power wise, as mentioned, we don't know.... every engine is different. By experience, if you do it right, the results will put a smile on your face. with your clutch, just replace it when it slips. I suggest you change all including fly wheel for longer life.
