How much power is the stock head good for?

Out of curiosity, given a vehicle with all power mods that outflow the head, and sufficient fueling, just how much power is the stock head good for?

I have no idea but porting them should give some nice gains i think. Has anyone tried to port one of those?

I've seen a few on this forum that have ported them but can't remember where in this sea of wealth, but the majority of us have stock heads. I'm just curious as to when the stock head starts to become a restriction. Like at what boost pressure does airflow tend to plateau if all flow mods outflow the head? It sounds like a generic question but I can't seem to find any info on it

I feel a project coming up. I have ported a lot of 13b intake and exhaust valves. I don't think they restrict much but i do think there might be quite some whp to be won there. Even more with 22psi.

justin at freektune has ported his head. i have personally just done the intake manifold. he saw nice gains from the exhaust side if i remember correctly. i don't think he had to do much work to the intake side
