(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Mod List: Built bottom end, stock head. HTP 3.5in intake Grimspeed ported Intake manifold CXRacing front mount intercooler piping w/ Treadstone TR8 intercooler Custom Exhaust manifold PTE 5858 w/ .82 AR (Running EWG, Tial 38mm) @35-36psi 3 inch Downpipe and turbobacck 6th port injection Freektuned. This is my 3rd dynotune with Justin @freektune. First one was 200 miles after the motor was installed, bolt everything on with a stock top mount intercooler. The car Made 332awhp and 3XX torque. It should say in my sig. Second time, the car made 479Awhp and 443 awtq. I made a mistake of not checking which map sensor I had. The whole time, I thought I had a 3.5 bar map sensor installed, but it was a 3bar. This tune was restricted by the map sensor. Fast foward 13 months, only difference in mods was that there's a 3.5 bar map sensor now. I also put on about 3,500 miles since the last tune. For this tune, I was hoping for 550 AWHP and maybe 475 AWTQ if lucky. Justin did his magic and the result was 525 AWHP & 497 AWTQ. Even though the car didn't reach 550 AWHP, I extremely happy with the result. I favor torque over horsepower anyday. The extra 54 torque from this tune is really noticeable. 4th gear now pulls like 3rd gear in the previous tune. This might be the end of the journey in terms of power mods. In order to make more power, the car will need new intake manifold, port injection and a bigger turbo. This PTE5858 surprised me with how much power it can push. This turbo is rated at 620hp on precision's website. Which sounds about right, since this engine should be pushing about 620-630 to the crank now. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sQzsapO9sFk

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score What did you end up making on a speed3? I'm actually surprised that it landed directly at 525whp, PTE rated the5858 at 620 crank. Pretty close to that number if calculated to crank hp.

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score I'm on e42 blend. So half e85 and half 93. Nope just have the plates. It was between police memorial plates and FF plates. Was planning to do Police memorial plates on my daily, but never got around to it.
