So this is what happens if you get some contamination in your turbo. This unit locked the bearings up and spun them in the center section. The shaft was also found to bent as well, which put the wheels into the housings. The only part salvageable is the turbine housing. Not a cheap day for this fella.

Yea quiet a bit actually...mostly tuning or clutch installs, not a ton of "hardcore" performance like we are used to with our Evo / Subaru customers though.

What clutch do you guys prefer, and how have they performed? Also, what kind of power have the tuned cars been making? Any big turbo guys in there?

We generally run Spec or ACT and have good performance from both

As for tuning the only big turbo cars were all down in Panama where Jordan street tuned them so we do not have any dyno numbers

all the BT speeds were down in panama?

I wonder why those south/central americans havnt joined this fourm.

These are getting more popular around here... This is a stage 4 4B11T cylinder head on our Serdi valve and guide machine.



This little machine cuts our time required for cutting valve seats in half. Oh how magical it is!

So little Jim here is doing a very important task. He's assembling our pressure test equipment for the EVO 8/9 rev 2 & 3 intake manifolds.



The manifolds are pressurized and if any leaks are found, sealed up and tested again till they hold pressure.

Nothing too crazy today kids, just Kyle welding up this 4" section of stainless for an exhaust.



Just remember we can handle any fabrication project you may have. No project is too big or too small!


This great customer had to drop by for some quick touch-ups. His stock turbo inlet was leaking so he upgraded to an aftermarket silicone unit.



We highly suggest a re-tune after any engine modification! He was in and out in an hour.

All of our fabricated manifolds are precision Tig welded and of course back purged as shown here.

So here's some behind the scenes for ya! The band saw is a key player in the fabrication department!

We cut many of our precise fitting pieces with this handy machine. Not sure we could do it without it!


Today we did a little install on our EVO X. We swapped the stock springs out for the Swift Sport Springs!




They provide a modest drop, very straight forward install, and smooth ride!

Another EVO X in the shop today for a spring install. This one got a set of Eibach Sportlines.



We had this 2007 Mustang GT in the shop this morning for three baseline pulls. It will be getting a few mods then brought back in for tuning later.

This VERY clean 2003 GTi was on the dyno today. I sure love those wheels!



Some more dyno action. This one has been fighting Jordan. Definitely a software issue, hopefully we can get it sorted out soon! It made over 500whp the last time we tuned it though.
