Revolution Performance Motorsports Revolution Performance Manufacturing (RPM) was started by three Mazda 6 enthusiasts in early 2004 under a simple premise: to develop and manufacture new products for the Mazda 6 at an affordable price. We began to realize our purpose with the short throw shifter and gas hood lifter kits for that vehicle. Since then, we have added many new aftermarket products from well-known manufacturers and continue to expand to offer products for other vehicles with the goal of having the best prices and customer service on the 'net.

Got it. Since we're on to the next page, I'm going to repost this in case someone missed it:

We had to add $40 to each of the full kits, but they now include:
  • Ground Control bump stops
  • Perches cut by Ground Control
  • KONI shocks rebound pre-set to match springs
  • Full warranty on all parts through Ground Control, including modified KONIs

Technically, we can still honor the old pricing if you don't want any of the above, but we believe that all of the above is easily worth $40. Heck, just the bump stops would cost you that much!

The original post has been updated. We just need a few more to reach the 20+ pricing and we still have 2 weeks left! Getting to 40+ is probably a bit of a stretch, but I figured I'd go ahead and include it anyways, just in case. It would be a nice surprise!

You'd be looking at anywhere from $92 to $118 (not including duties/taxes) via FedEx International. The rate would vary based upon the service requested and the day it was shipped. I can get a more accurate quote when we get closer, but this should give you a good idea of what to expect.

Yeah, it's a little pricey because it's 42 lbs.

@rmp; can you give us a bit more information on the available spring rates.

I'm looking for set up that would not be too unpleasant (relative, I know) to drive on a daily basis, but can still can corner well through canyon roads.

will GC and Koni yellows provide this?

The range of spring rates that GC offers is 450-650 lb/in in the front and 500-800 lb/in in the rear. When you order on our site, it will ask several questions that will help GC determine the best spring rates for your needs. If you you choose "Daily Driver" and "Aggressive" ride feel, they'll probably get you exactly what you're looking for.

Can you use Corksport camber plates with this kit?
Would assembly go spring--> upper spring perch --> bearing --> camber plate

Also can you reuse the stock dust boots? Or is it not necessary to reuse them?

If the KONIs are compatible with the Corksport camber plates, then this kit would be, as well.

The dust covers attach to the stock bump stops. These will be replaced by the GC bump stops, which I do not believe will work with the stock dust cover. That said, it is not necessary to reuse them.

I came here to ask the same question. After looking at pics of both, I believe you are correct in your assumption. It looks like the inner circle on the bottom of the plate would be inserted into the bearing/upper perch for assembly. That's one of the huge selling points for me. A few of other popular offerings require use of the shitty stock plastic bushing (bearing) which is turning me off.

What bearings or bushings have you guys been replacing during install?
Are you reusing OEM top hats or ordering new ones?

Same questions here. I was also wondering what else I will need for the install. I already planned on getting camber arms for the rear, but I wasn't sure about the need for new endlinks, or anything else.

End links are you to you....
You don't technically need anything for the install.

I am speaking more from a maintenance standpoint
with 44k on some OEM components.

No need for bushing replacement with this kit. It comes with its own. Idk about end links. I'd direct your questions to @Bap; 's thread to keep this one uncluttered.

So after searching forever I haven't been able to find anyone running CS camber plates with KONIs. It's hard to find threads of people actually using them though, opposed to people just asking if they need them.

I did find that people have used them on stock struts, Bilsteins, and many different coilovers. I can't imagine why the KONIs would be the one option that's incompatible with CS camber plates... so I'm just going to assume they'll work.

This looks like a totally awesome setup. Quality parts, made in America. I'm in.

A lot of people don't want to cut the strut towers, my self being included. Without cutting out the clearance hole the amount of camber the plates are capable of is very minimal (same goes for the KMAC plates). It's my understanding that the CS camber plates are made as a direct replacement for the OEM top hats. If something works with the OEM top hats it should work with the CS.

Also, since they can provide a kit that will fit without cutting the perches. GC 100%

if you look at the springs on the left they are for the front and it shows the included upper spring mount / bearing that goes on to the top hat for the strut assembly. But it mounts to the top hat in exactly the same way as oem. for compatibility to corksport camber plates I am not sure if the koni's are an issue or not.

What if we had something like @dale_gribble; spacers for the MS3? GI for Dale Gribble (DG) 1/2" MS6 front spacers

From what I understand, without cutting the strut tower the center nut doesn't have enough room to fully adjust because it is above the clearance hole. You put the spacer between the camber plate and strut tower. You would increase ride height, but it could move the center nut down below the clearance hole and allow you full adjustment. The plate would also have to be designed so that the center nut and bearing doesn't just hit the plate.

Hey RPM, would you have any issue taking payment from Canada and shipping this to my parents house in Washington State? If so, what am I looking at for shipping in that case for the Koni + GC?

Thanks guys!

One more person until we're at the 20+ pricing, which is awesome! That's just $394.95 for GC only and $899.95 for GC+KONI!

That's right.. A set of quality height/rebound adjustable coilovers from highly-regarded manufacturers for under $900!

It just slides over the top and sits there which is just fine. 900 for these is kickass.

Thanks for the response, but another question, do these sleeves have tight tolerance to the koni body (ie is there no noticeable movement in the sleeve to the shock body)?

You could probably twist it if you really wanted to, but the spring force will keep it from moving excessively. Don't worry about the sleeve design, it works without flaw.
