| Revolution Performance Motorsports Revolution Performance Manufacturing (RPM) was started by three Mazda 6 enthusiasts in early 2004 under a simple premise: to develop and manufacture new products for the Mazda 6 at an affordable price. We began to realize our purpose with the short throw shifter and gas hood lifter kits for that vehicle. Since then, we have added many new aftermarket products from well-known manufacturers and continue to expand to offer products for other vehicles with the goal of having the best prices and customer service on the 'net. |

(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  Stellar Service! Ordered an intercooler recently that was shipped out right away and arrived at my door with hardly a dent on the box. But... when removed from the packing there were some noticeable gouges in the aluminium end tank. I took some pics of the box, gouges on the IC and opened a support ticket at the website that evening. The next morning I received an email response from support with a shipping label for the damaged IC and a replacement IC was already on its way! No grief, no questions, just taken care of. Good businesses get the orders processed quickly and shipped on time. Great businesses are the ones like RPM that come through when things don't quite go right. Thanks for the fast and courteous response. Keep up the great service! |
