Out of stock intakes!!!!!!

Gosh this is the second time I have tried to order a intake and it's been out of stock. I just want me intake. First it was SURE Areos and they wouldn't be able to send me it until Friday. Maybe. And so I canceled that order and ordered the CS Sri/tip combo and they said the tip is out of stock for the intake. So it won't be until a week until the polished ones get in but it will be another week after that until the black powder coated ones come in. What the hell!!

So I think I'm just gonna wait it out cause I really like what everyone is say about the CS intake and tip combo. What do you guys think? Comments, suggestions. Thanks

I mean ya they were the first I ever considered. But then I heard a bunch of good stuff on the CS plus the pricing for getting both the Sri and tip is pretty good to me.

I would suggest the cs combo. But you do pay for what you get, the cs tip is just polished steel compared to something like cobb's insulated tip

I also had to wait on the TIP from corksport (polished). It was well worth the extra few weeks of waiting to get exactly what I wanted. I think you'll forget all about the wait anyway after you get it on your car!

People have no patience. I waited over 3 months for my SRI/ TIP. Get what you want, and wait it out.

Yeah, I had to wait a while for my Sure aeros. But didn't have to wait for my TIP or CPE Cai.

But the CS isn't that bad compared to the silicon is it? Like as far as performance or anything?

Don't care too much for the silver polished look but I will get it quicker then waitin for the black

seeing as there is arguably very little gain from a tip unless you are running a bt or fully bolted i would say there is little to no performance change between insulated or not...

What color combo did you get?
I got black silicon, black ring thing, black powder coated, and red filter.

When I ordered my CS SRI/TIP a couple months ago, I got everything in black. I had to wait a whole month for it, but it was well worth it. Plus they're pretty good about sending status updates.

When I ordered my stuff from CS the intake was out of stock. I was told it would be about two weeks before I got everything. 3 days later I got a tracking number emailed to me. They are good about getting your stuff in and shipping it out. I def recommend CS.

There isn't really any difference that you will be able to tell. Since the CS is made from metal it will make the spool a bit louder then the silicon ones. Unless you are fully bolted or going BT I would personally wait on the the TIP as your turbo is bound to go eventually and when you get it serviced you will have to modify the tip anyway.

Just my two cents so take it with a grain of salt.

I meant to get all black but had the red MAF option selected. It cost $5 extra but I wasn't worried about it to fix the order. I imagine it'll look just fine.

i also ordered the full black option from CS, they say they will be ready to ship 2 or 3 August.

And then mine needs to get to South Africa, another 2 or so weeks.
