| Not Ranked : 0 score The TMIC would be more beneficial to answer your question. Then get a protune. You can get good gains with upgraded TMIC thru the hood scoop. The downpipe would help a lot tho.

| Not Ranked : 0 score I never upgraded my TMIC or went FMIC. See mods below in sig. You can max out the stock turbo with intake, tune and just a racepipe. If you are road course racing or doing a lot of long sustained running at WOT you can heat soak and benefit from an intercooler upgrade. But, for most general spirited driving the stock TMIC does surprisingly well. FWIW I am at 300-310 whp, 0-100 mph in the 10.5 second range, quarter mile is 13.2 at 107, and I live in the hot Mississippi Gulf Coast climate. I've owned this car since I drove it off the showroom floor new in the Spring of '08, most mods including catless 3" dp/rp, CAI and tune were added in the first year. I think intake, tune and exhaust mods, including upgraded high pressure fuel pump internals can come first and certainly did for me. If I was going big turbo, like BNR Stage 3 or 4, or running exotic fuel blends, then yes, I'd upgrade the intercooler.

Thanks for the detailed response! So maybe I should look into a race pipe first? Cheaper to... 2010 MS3 // CS TIP - CS SRI - CS BOOST TUBES - CS MZR BPV - CS HPFP - COBB AP | |

2. Intake, SRI or CAI. 3. Tune (need this or some type of monitoring and logging capability, especially for rail pressure, boost, afr, fuel trims. You already have 1-3, but do you know how to log, and do you have a tune installed? 4. Then racepipe, if your logs are looking good, then tune for the rp's increase in flow.

| Not Ranked : 0 score It's a 3 inch UR test pipe I'll take $90 for. But again, if bought through MSF you need to be VIP.
