Default Knock when shifting?

This is the one thing i couldn't find much on in my searches. I'm looking for more so specifics. Is that literally still considered partial knock and nothing to worry about, or is it a spark plug, clutch, transmission thing. Is there a deeper issue i shouldn't ignore type thing.

It's only like .1 - .5 at the most but, still trying to keep this bitch as healthy as possible, usually always 1st to 2nd, 3rd and forth maybe sometimes

That's nothing to worry about. However, if you're OCD like me, then start checking motor mounts (are you upgraded?) and for anything loose in the engine bay.

Thanks man! Yeah idk I'm OCD for knock retard that's for sure. I guess I need to relax a little. I never hear any actual knock and I read when you see 6pts while cruising its because ECU pulls timing for gas milage. Another thing I over reacted about. My paranoia stems from not having the money to afford a blown motor haha... No upgrades just a Cobb intake. So when I do my oil change just make sure the motor mounts haven't been knocked loose?

The only time you should be OCD about knock is at WOT. You're going to see a wide range of knock at part throttle. For instance, I would see knock as high as 7+ at part throttle and during shifting regularly. Even at WOT, .1-.5 isn't worth looking into. Knock can be caused by more than just a lose motor mount or something. Gas quality is often the culprit (if knock starts to appear out of nowhere) hence why you'll see some tuners/members ask if you can throw some corn into the tank. Any knock over 2 at WOT typically warrants some attention.
