Default Burning Oil?

So my speed is a week old with about 800 miles on it and seems to burn oil...BAD! That exhaust tips are always black and I have been noticing little black spots on the hatch almost everyday which appear to be oil specks. Is this a normal wear in process and will go away? Do all speeds burn oil? or do I need to bring this back to the dealer?
