The part that failed doesn't seem to have much to do with sure or the design at all. Not taking away from jbr or sure. This doesn't need to be a VS thread. I'm sure the guys at streetunit/sure will handle this in the exact same way James would if it was one of his mounts that had the urathane fail in.
