Valve Spring Question on CS Cams

Getting ready to do cs cams but was recommended to swap in some supertech valve springs.
I was reading through an old thread of some people going with Crower while others go with Ferrea. Honestly im debating on whether i should do it or simply do the cam upgrade with oem valve springs. Also I will be upgrading my turbo to CS4 turbo and HTP 3.5" intake.
Those of you who have done it, in my case will it really make a difference wise in performance? reason of my question is because i would have to put out another $425.00 extra that weren't in the budget.
Another thing is im also debating on whether i take the engine head to the machine shop to get exhaust oulets polished or whether i should not do it.
I was also doing some research on porting the engine head and people have experience gain on top end at the expense of loosing torque.So i though maybe just polished the exhaust oulets on the head would be fine but still thinking on whether i should do it. Any inputs from those who have done it, would be gladly appreciated.

Do you know which rpm you plan to run the engine?
If you read, peoples seem to say oem cams and spring can rev quite high but with more lift and duration, you have less time and the travel is longer....
Since you plan to use a cs turbo and cs cams, i would ask them what you should get with it...
Keep in mind stronger springs also put more stress into the timing gears, vvt and friction washers....i would sleep better with a keyed gears.
