Default 2010 MS3 / K04 / E30 Stratified Tune

I had a chance to get on an actual dyno finally and figured I would share my results with you all. I have what seems to be a very common build so those with similar mod lists and fueling should be somewhere in this ballpark. The VDyno I received from Alex at the end of the tuning process for the E30 mix indicated I would be somewhere in the 305 whp range, so take that as you will.

Those are good numbers, I am also on e30 and not far behind that on ms6. Are you able to get e30 straight from the pump as well?

Thanks, I was pretty happy with what it put down. I was with a couple friends of mine who are in the N54 BMW 335 scene who had organized a dyno day and, although I was out-gunned by many of those guys, everyone seemed fairly impressed with what my little station wagon was capable of.

No pre-mixed E30 here (I didn't realize that was even a thing!) but calculations are pretty easy using a fuel tester and this app I downloaded.

Over here in corn country, main reason I switched to e. Hard time finding premium gas, way easier to find premix e. I feel like if everyone payed attention to all the studies the government did on e and contacted their congressperson to get a decent rfs bill then this could be everywhere. I am a corn farmer and i hate all the anti-ethanol bullshit big oil pushes

You have it easy... many of us need to swipe card, pump, swipe card, and pump.
Even more annoying if E85 and petrol are separate pumps.

Can you really rely on the E30 to be accurately mixed? Any experience with variation in the mix? I know here during the winter months the "E85" is more like E65 when you test it because of the winter blend.

You should have seen my gf's face the first time she came with me to get gas. Calculate E85 needed, swipe card, pump. Move car 20 ft to other pump, swipe card, pump. She was appalled that I went through that much effort to get gas. BECAUSE RACE CAR

This could happen nationwide if we het enough people asking for it. We need a better rfs bill. Price of corn was cut in half from 2 years ago thanks to the dipshits in DC.

Haha yea what a pita. My ltft's are never over +-3% so the fuel is consistant. I run way more timing than the stage 3 map so although i have no clue the oct rating, i can run 19* up top no knock. Still get 26-27 mpgs also. When i head down to Texas next month i will get to feel the mixing pain for a week, glad its only a week.
