Default My Stratified e85 results!

So the car's been tuned for a good four months now, and the weather here in Vegas is finally mild enough to get some good results on the virtual dyno. At the time I did the run, it was 81 degrees.
First off, big thanks to Alex. The overall experience was very pleasurable and super easy. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat.
Second, maybe someone would be so kind as to take my log and put it into their virtual dyno and post the picture? I have an old VD or something, and it doesn't show the peak numbers and it's not as cool looking as everyone else's.

Har. Thanks G00s3y. Got it figured out. Just click on the attachment a few times to get a full size one.

Is that a pothole or are you just excited to see me?

What's up with the dip in the beginning?

Why 289 HP? You at altitude? I'm making that power with pump gas.

If I go through and change all the values in the "throttle position" to 76.83, the dip goes away and the graph looks normal.
Not sure exactly why it does that.

I changed it and updated the attachment in the OP

Does that seem low for the altitude? For comparisons sake, I took a VD on the Cobb stage2+ map right before the tune and was somewhere around 250/285 with the same mods, so I gained 39hp and 46tq from that. If something is wrong with my car or tune, perhaps I can get some insight..

The issue is that something is preventing the turbo from flowing as it should. You have all the parts in place for 40 g/s more airflow but the turbo is just not generating this. It could be something like weak wastegate spring (as the turbo can't hold too much boost) or a clogged catalytic converter or air filter. I remember we discussed these possibilities during the tune.

High heat and altitude certainly don't help the situation. Otherwise your targets, AFRs, timing, fueling are all on point.

I do recall one possibility which was my bpv leaking, and I promptly replaced with a purchased corksport BPV. Apparently the bpv wasn't the issue, as maf g/s remained the same..
I was then informed that the heat and altitude were less than ideal conditions after replacing the bpv, and that the flow was just a by-product of where I live.. A dryflow filter was suggested after the fact to add a bit more flow, but in no way was it indicated as a problem.
Maybe this discussion could continue via e-mail or pm. I have most of the e-mails saved, and don't see a cat or wastegate ever being mentioned..
I enjoyed my experience with Stratified, and I understand mechanical issues with the car are not something you can remedy via e-mail, but to see these two additional issues be mentioned after the fact makes me uneasy.. I would have been happy to attempt to diagnose or remedy them during the specified time, rather than have them mentioned after the fact when you state the car isn't flowing as it should..

Heat and altitude certainly played a role as we were tuning in very hot weather above sea level. Every car is a little different in how much it flows and I mentioned the bpv and air filter as they are the easier to swap and less expensive items. I then maximized what your current hardware could do via the tune.

In the end it is about your personal goals. If you would like to increase power I can certainly help make suggestions on what parts to address next based on your hp goals. Please don't hesitate to email me. I have all your tuning information, logs, and tunes on file.
