Default Wheels decision help

Well guys its been hours of searching, looking and after a few hours of viewing and reading this thread

Got Aftermarket wheels? Show em off here!

I still wanted to see if there is any more members who have 18 X 8 with 35 offset on stock springs that can share any pictures with me. At the moment i have contis extreme contact sport 235/40 18 mounted on stock wheels but wanted to give the car a different look and appearance and also wanted to meet contis minimum wheel size requirement for that tire which is 8 rather than 7.5 oem. At the moment i don't plan on lowering the car because here in P.R. roads are not to good and another thing is when it rains roads get flooded easily so as much as i would like, I can't. I will be doing cs cams and maybe cs cst4 turbo.
This is going to be the first time in almost 7 years which im going to change my wheels so i have a couple of doubts

1) Should i go with 8 or 8.5 wheel? what worries me if i go 8.5 is that since im not going to lower the car with springs, tire has a more stretch since the wheel is wider
2) What offset should i go with considering stock springs, 35 or 45? I'm set on 35 but don't know if i'm going to rub and if its going to look good
3) Wheels should be lighter or same weight as oem wheels? (Lighter tends to be better for acceleration but considering amount of power, not sure if tire will stick to the road contrary to a heavier wheel which would stay more planted on the road since its heavier. My friend has his car on aftermarket wheels which are lighter but he tells me that wheel doesn't stay much planted on the road considering the power he makes with his gtx3071 plus meth.
4) I know many brands out there of aftermarket wheels but what is a reputable company in your experience, that sells great quality build wheels at a decent price? The reason of this question is because i saw the price tag on volk racing and dam! my budget doesn't get there. I have to do a few things in my car and i have to stretch the budget.
5) What is the cheapest website or place were you can purchase certain specific aftermarket wheels?
6) I was looking into drag63 brand wheels and motegi wheels but don't know if these brands are reputable. Have any of you have had any experience with these?
7) Which wheel design has a eye perception of being bigger in 18 size, 5 spoke, 6 spoke or multi spoke? This im considering because of the fact that i won't be lowering my springs and i don't want the wheel to look to small in such wheel space.
8) What locking lug nuts are good? (to make it harder for thieves to steal them)

As you guys can see there are a few questions i have to clarify before black friday arrives. Please if any of you can help here, i'm going to appreciate it because honestly im having a hard time deciding considering the fact that there is so many options and designs out there, that is incredible. Thanks in advance for your support and pictures shared.

Best Regards
