| Not Ranked : 0 score I saw the in-tank meth thread in the Freektune section and it perked my interest. However, most of the users were Canadian and got their Methyl Hydrate from Home Depot. In the United States, Home Depot does not stock Methyl Hydrate. Is VP fuels the only company to buy a Methanol product that is safe for in-tank use? Are they any cheaper alternatives? |

| Not Ranked : 0 score I use VP M1 or Sunoco methanol. I get the Sunoco methanol from local drag strip or at a local dirt track where they race micro sprint cars. The VP M1 around here is about $7/gal (5 gallon pail) where as the Sunoco is $4.40/gal. I haven't noticed a difference between the two and I know there are some other people on this forum that use the Sunoco methanol as well.
